We are absolutely convinced that boosting the people who participate in our project is the best way to grow and create new opportunities every day. It is our collaborators and their enthusiasm that make elmec a company with a constant buzz: this is why it is essential for us to involve them, motivate them and make them feel an integral part of corporate decisions.
We try to improve the cohesion and shared planning of our work teams through valuable team building activities that help each colleague understand the key principles for working with peace of mind and efficiency. We also try to encourage each member of the team to give the best of themselves by planning training events that don’t only address the most technical issues, but also essential topics such as communication, stress management and positive psychology.
We also celebrate each retirement warmly and make sure everyone is recognised for the value they have brought to the company throughout their careers. Awarding the employee of the year is also always a moment full of energy: the name chosen as the best team member is decided by an internal vote, and they are selected out of those who have contributed the most to the group, its cohesion and its results.
Our personal “Wall of Fame” collects the typographic prints that we assign to our colleagues each year, and admiring it gives us a daily reminder of our commitment to our most precious asset: the elmec team.
