For elmec, summer is the perfect time to create moments of leisure and fun that strengthen relationships between team members and offer pleasant breaks for relaxation. We are convinced that spaces for conviviality and team building are essential for strengthening bonds between colleagues, creating a healthy team spirit and stimulating the group’s creative ideas.

That’s why every year we like to organise elmec summer, an event made up of theatre, music, laughter and play, which we put on with the invaluable help of the non-profit cooperative La Nuova Cordata. Active since 1989, the organisation’s mission is to promote the welcome, support and inclusion of anyone experiencing hardship and difficulties, without distinction. We at elmec are therefore particularly pleased to be able to collaborate with it and thus contribute to publicising its important actions, which are capable of making small daily revolutions.

On 9 July 2022, La Cordata will present FLOWERS, a light-hearted hymn to love, its musical comedy show involving 13 actors, 3 musicians and about 20 young people from the non-profit organisation. The elmec team is ready to enjoy the performance and enjoy a few hours of light-heartedness, allowing you to break the routine, recharge your batteries and get back to work with a fresh, motivated mind full of new inspirations.
